10. Stick to your bedtime

and set an early, non-negotiable bedtime for optimal sleep. Overnight rest (7 to 9 hours is the best rest time) gives your body time to replenish energy. It helps regulate your hormones, recharge your body at the cellular level, and revitalize your brain. A good night is one of the best and most scientific ways to enhance our mood, energy and work efficiency.
