Bob Harper regretted ignoring the warning signs of these heart attacks.

Few people suffer from heart disease, but many survivors admit that they should see it coming. Earlier this year, Bob harper, a fitness coach, nearly died of cardiac arrest at the age of 51, and the Health Guru was the first to admit that he had overlooked important warning signs.

Fortunately, at the time of the attack, two doctors resuscitated Harper in the gym and saved his life with an automatic external defibrillator. Two days later, Harper woke up from a coma, lost short-term memory and had to ask friends and family what had happened.

-He said to Cohen, "Strictly speaking, I am dead." & The doctor wrote on a piece of paper: Cause of death: sudden cardiac arrest.

In the months after the accident, Harper took the opportunity to change some of his eating habits. Last month, he revealed in social media that he was eating more Mediterranean food at the doctor's advice. In addition, the trainer had aerobic exercise rehabilitation three days a week.

Harper hopes that his experience will encourage others to pay attention to the red flag and take preventive measures. & In an interview today, he told Savannah Guthrie, "I strongly encourage those who are listening to see a doctor, check your cholesterol and see what's going on inside, so that it won't happen to you."

Harper's story reminds us that it's necessary to keep an education about health, even if you don't think you're at high risk. Here are nine warning signs of heart disease that you should not ignore.
